Muratpaşa Trip Overview
I grew up in Antalya smelling, feeling, tasting, experiencing and enjoying the beauties, history and cultures of this land. I am already working as a tour guide for more than 20 years and as an english teacher I will be always pleased to introduce my hometown to you with it’s historical background. I guided to various people from USA till Japan, and as a teacher I can easily find a common language with many people.
I have finished the course of Professional tour guiding by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey where we studied greek mythology, history of religions, history of Roman-Byzantium and Ottoman empires. For two years ın 2003-4 I guided the religous groups in Biblical sites within Turkey.
I love being well-planned and punctual because I was serving as an English teacher in a military high school. My principle is ; rather than trying to solve the problem, not to let it happen!

This the entrance gate to the city from the roman period to the honour of Roman emperor Hadrian for his visit to the city in 130’s A.D.

I will accompany you while walking in one of the best archeological museums ın Europe.While we are walking in this amazing museum we will see the whole history of the region from stone ages till nowadays.

The old city of Antalya which is called in Turkish ”Kaleiçi” is a kind of time machine which will help you to travel in time.Int he middle of a modern town of 1.550.000 people you will find an open air museum.While walking on the narrow streets of Kaleiçi you will see so much from an ottoman settlement with many artifacts from Byzantium and Roman periods.
