Itinerary
Day 1: Flight to Cappadocia & Red Tour
Stop At: Cappadocia, Cappadocia
Our driver will be ready at your Istanbul hotel and transfer you to Istanbul Airport for Cappadocia flight.
Istanbul hotel pick up time is between 04.15 am and 6.30 am, depend on exact flight time.
Departure time, which is specified as 9.00 am, is approximately the time of the flight.
When you landed to Cappadocia we will welcome you to Kayseri or Nevsehir airport and transfer to Cappadocia.

Stop At: Uchisar Castle, Uchisar Turkey
Our first stop is the fantastic view point of Uchisar Castle where you will receive information about the rich history of Cappadocia and the unique rock formations.

Stop At: Goreme Open-Air Museum, Merkez, Muze Cd., Goreme 50180 Turkey
After the panoramic view point, we visit the Goreme Open Air Museum. Your guide will explain the meanings of frescoes covering the walls of thousand-year-old cave churches as you explore this spectacular UNESCO World Heritage site.

Stop At: Avanos, Avanos, Cappadocia
We will visit Avanos, one of the oldest settlements in Cappadocia. We’re having a rich lunch here. Then we will visit the pottery workshop, one of the most important handicrafts of Cappadocia. We will also take a short walk along the banks of the Red River, Turkey’s longest river.

Stop At: Fairy Chimneys, Goreme Turkey
Here we will explore Pasabag, where is also commonly known as Monks Valley. You will have chance to see the famous mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys as well as St. Simeon’s monk cell carved into the rock.

After Pasabag, we will drive to Devrent Valley is well known as imagination valley where you can take fantastic pictures with animal-shaped rock formations.

Day 2: Optional Hot Air Balloon Ride & Green Tour
Stop At: Goreme, Goreme, Cappadocia
If you wish, you can join the hot air balloon flight at sunrise.

With your guide picking you up from your hotel, you’ll get a chance to watch the iconic town of Goreme from a panoramic hill.

We will start our hike in the beautiful Red/Rose Valley which will take approximately 4 km and slightly more than one hour. We will see fairy-chimneys, local farms, pigeon houses and cave chapels. Your guide will give information about the history and the unique formations of Cappadocia during the hike. At the end of the hike we will have a quick stop at Cavusin Old Greek Village

After hiking in Red Valley , we will drive to Love Valley to take amazing pictures of pillar-shaped rock formations of Cappadocia

In the historic town of Goreme, we will have a rich lunch with great Turkish kebabs.

After lunch we will visit carved Kaymakli Underground City which was used by early Christians as a shelter to hide themselves against their enemies.

Stop At: Pigeon Valley, Uchisar KasabasI Nevşehir Kapadokya, Goreme 50240 Turkey
After our visit to the underground city, we will visit The Pigeon Valley, the oldest and most popular valley in Cappadocia. Your guide will give you information about pigeon houses and its importance to Cappadocia.

Cappadocia is a volcanic region and is home to many semi-precious stones. We’re going to make a short visit to a workshop where these stones are processed.

Day 3: Private Transfer to Mt.Nemrut from Cappadocia
Stop At: Mount Nemrut, Adiyaman 50100 Turkey
After breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to Adiyaman. Stop at Kahramanmaras for lunch and a taste of its famous ice cream.
Upon arrival to Kahta, check in to hotel and take a rest.

Day 4: Sunrise at Mt. Nemrut & Arsemia Old City
Stop At: Mount Nemrut, Adiyaman 50100 Turkey
Early morning drive to the summit of the mount Nemrut (one of the most popular UNESCO world cultural heritage sites), watching the sunset, be amazed by the colossal heads and statues of ancient deities, as you step into mythology. This extraordinary landmark rests at an elevation of 8000 ft. The mountain top complex is composed of two flattened areas strewn with statues and separated by a false peak of crushed rock. Antiochus built the entire complex approximately 2000 years ago as a monument to his divine ancestry. Also definitely take time to visit the old castle, Arsemeia, cross over the still functioning Cendere Bridge (Septimius Severus bridge) dating all the way back to the 3rd century and Tumulus Tomb of Karakus.
After visiting Nemrut and Arsemia we will drive to Sanliurfa and Harran. On the way to Sanlıurfa we will have a tea break at Ataturk Dam, which is the biggest dam in Middle east.
Upon arrival, check in our hotel and take a rest.

Day 5: Göbeklitepe & Abraham’s Cave Tour
Stop At: Sanliurfa, Sanliurfa, Sanliurfa Province
After breakfast, start exploring Sanliurfa. Urfa has been occupied since the Babylonians followed by the Hurrites, Hittites, Assyrians, Greeks. We will visit Urfa Archaeological Museum. This museum exhibit a huge collection, founded from Harran and Gobeklitepe Area. We will also visit the holy sites at the Ainzelha, a lake with millions of domesticated fish. While in Urfa we will visit the cave where the prophet Abraham was born. Then, walk through the local covered bazaar of Sanliurfa. Walk through the town to discover the many hidden treasures.
We will have a delicious lunch with kebabs. After lunch we will visit nearby Harran and see the incredible beehive houses. Harran- according to the Bible- was the site where prophet Abraham spent a few years with his family before moving on to Israel, the Promised Land. There are exceptional photo opportunities in this area.

In the afternoon you will see Gobekli Tepe, a hilltop sanctuary erected on the highest point of an elongated mountain ridge some 15 km northeast of the town of Urfa. Gobekli Tepe which is believed the first temple of the World. It was built roughly twelve thousand years ago, circa 10,000 BC.

Day 6: Gaziantep City and Zeugma Mosaic Museum & Flight Back to Istanbul
Stop At: Zeugma Mosaic Museum, Mithatpasa Mahallesi Haci Sani Konukoglu Bulvari Sehitkamil, Gaziantep 27500 Turkey
After breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to Gaziantep. We will first visit Gaziantep Mosaic Museum. This museum exhibit superb mosaic discovered at the Roman site of Belkis-Zeugma before the Birecik Dam flooded most of the site. We will visit the old city castle which is located in the center of the city and copper bazaar. This bazaar is one of the most special and oldest bazaars in Turkey. You can find variety of copper handcrafts. We will also have the chance to taste famous baklava; a sweet pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts and sweetened and held together with syrup or honey (Baklava is originally from Gaziantep).

After visiting the city, drive to airport for your evening flight back to Istanbul.
