Depends on your pick up time choice you will pick up from your hotel, with our a/c van and drive to selcuk town ( 15 km) before starting cooking class if it is market day we will buy fresh vegetables and fruits from Selcuk/ Kusadasi local market if your day is not a day local market we will go to a supermarket and buy the vegetables and fruits from a supermarket,
After buying the vegetables we will go to the place for class.

After the class, take the opportunity to taste the mouth-watering results of your hard work on a beautiful terrace. as you judge your culinary abilities. Taste classic Turkish dishes and learn how they differ from the present day.
Sample Menu
• Haydari – Haydari is a type of yogurt dish similar to a thick cacık, made from certain herbs and spices, combined with garlic and yogurt.
• Yaprak sarma ( stuffed leaves) – Yaprak sarma (dolma) is a dish made of leaves (often grape leaves) stuffed with rice and other ingredients.
• Kalburabasti – Kalburabastı is a typical Turkish dessert consisting of small pastries drenched in a sweet syrup made with water, sugar, and lemon juice
