One of Istanbul’s most picturesque streets, Sogukcesme Street, is located in the Sultanahmet district. Also, Sogukcesme street is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The nine wooden houses on Sogukcesme Street are used as hotels, and the Roman cistern is used as a restaurant.

Is a hidden gem of a mosque that has been thought of as a little Blue Mosque, but without the crowds. It’s a little difficult to find, but it’s definitely worth the effort – the remarkable beauty of the interior is matched by the sense of discovering a quiet sanctuary in the middle of the city’s hectic pace.

Spice Market; is a colorful indoor bazaar and has lots of shops offering a variety of products. Some of them are spices, purses, flavored teas, Turkish delight, nuts, as well as ceramics, and small souvenirs. Spice Bazaar is located in Eminonu Square which is the connection place of Bosphorus and Golden Horn.

The Büyük Valide Han is Istanbul’s largest historic han (caravanserai). The place, which was a form of urban caravanserai, was a common type of commercial structure in Ottoman architecture that offered a variety of jobs such as accommodation for foreign merchants, storage for commodities or trade, housing for artisan workshops, and offices from which to conduct business.

Zincirli Han is constructed around a courtyard with a fountain in the centre for washing or purification, as well as numerous stores and workshops. Zincirli Han is one of the most magnificent views to behold. This location is incredibly active and authentic. While artists are at work, the small coffee shop on the corner serves tea and coffee to its clients and interested visitors.

The Theodosius Cistern is one of many ancient cisterns of Constantinople that lie beneath the city of Istanbul. In 2018, the previously undiscovered 5th-century cistern opened its doors to visitors.
