After pickup from your hotel, the first stop will be Kaymakli Underground City. The local people used the underground city as a natural deep freeze, but later the Romans used it as a shelter against potential Arabian invasions.

Derinkuyu Underground City is an ancient multi-level underground city of the Median Empire in the Derinkuyu district in Nevşehir Province, Turkey.
The city could accommodate up to 20,000 people and had all the usual amenities found in other underground complexes across Cappadocia, such as wine and oil presses, stables, cellars, storage rooms, refectories, and chapels. Then you will explore Ihlara Valley on a hike for around 4km. Ihlara Valley was formed by the volcano of Mt. Hasan, which is next to Ihlara Valley. Afterwards, the Melendiz River eroded the valley for millions of years where the layers cracked, and it fell. Eventually, an 80 meter- deep canyon was composed.

We will then have a stop for lunch in a traditional Turkish restaurant.

Pigeon Valley ( Güvercinlik Vadisi ), just outside Goreme in Cappadocia, is one of Turkey’s most beautiful landscapes. The unique rock formations known as fairy chimneys, or peri bacalar, which are made from wind and water erosion on soft volcanic rock, rise high from the valley floor like chimneys and are dotted in their tops with birdhouses. Some reach at tall as 130 ft Pigeons live in these dovecoats carved into the rocks and cliffs. Years ago the pigeons were used to carry messages from this remote region, and their droppings have long been used by local farmers for fertilizer. Today, however, there are fewer Pigeons in the valley.
